For those new to the practice, Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced lying down, designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support rest. In this session, we’ll explore intention-setting, seasonal reflection, and guided visualization inspired by themes of growth and renewal. You’ll leave feeling rested, clear, and ready to step into the new season with lightness and intention.
