This month, we invite you to join The Kindness Experiment — a simple, heartfelt way to bring our November focus of Ahimsa (non-harming) into daily life.
From November 7–27, every class at Yoga Life will include 5–10 minutes of meditation at the end of your practice — sometimes guided, sometimes silent. These moments are your opportunity to pause, breathe, and allow space for stillness and compassion to grow.
Pick up your Kindness Experiment card at the front desk and mark each meditation you attend.
Complete 10 meditations between November 7–27 and return your card by November 30 to be entered into a drawing for a Manduka yoga mat.
This is your invitation to soften, to listen, and to extend kindness inward — a living expression of Ahimsa that naturally ripples outward into your relationships, your community, and the world.
