In this supportive workshop, we will explore how your nervous system shapes the way you respond to stress, connect with others, and experience safety in your body.
You will gain an understanding of your body’s natural reactions in different situations, how to recognize what state your nervous system is in, and how to gently guide yourself back to a calm and connected place. Through a blend of simple movement, breath awareness, and guided reflection, you will learn practical tools to support your well-being.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to feel more grounded, in tune with their body, and equipped to navigate life’s ups and downs with greater ease.

Lynn Jones is a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly a decade of experience supporting clients across Michigan, Illinois, and New York. She specializes in working with women who find themselves at a crossroads—realizing that the coping strategies that once helped them manage are no longer effective for the life they’re living now. Many of her clients feel stuck, uncertain of how to move forward or what needs to change.
With warmth and compassion, Lynn partners with her clients to gently explore the deeper connections between their personal history, current lifestyle, and emotional well-being. Her integrative approach honors both mind and body, drawing on her advanced training as a certified Somatic EMDR practitioner and an Integrative Mental Health Counselor.
