This 3-week, all-levels series blends gentle yoga, mindful breathwork, and guided relaxation to help you release the day and restore balance. Each week offers simple, accessible movement to ease tension in the body, calming breath practices to quiet the mind, and a soothing wind-down to leave you feeling centered and refreshed. Perfect for beginners and experienced students alike, this class is the middle ground between flow and yin—a practice to reset your body and mind so you can move into the rest of your week with ease.
Attendance to all 3 classes is not required to join. Class passes can be used or drop-in rates apply.
Week 1 – Release the Day
Ground and release tension with breath-driven movements that calm the mind and reconnect you to your body.
Week 2 – Restore Balance
Open the chest and lift energy with flowing breath patterns that refresh the body and clear the mind.
Week 3 – Cultivate Calm
Breathe deeply and move gently to let go, expand, and feel fully renewed as you enter evening with ease.
