In each 45-minute session, you'll be gently guided through a powerful IBT breathing technique designed to help free your body from unconscious breath holding and patterns that contribute to physical tension, emotional overwhelm, and mental fatigue.
Experience a grounding guided meditation to help integrate the breathwork, soothe your nervous system, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with your natural sense of clarity and calm. Whether you're new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice, this series is an invitation to experience how consistent engagement with your breath can be a bridge to healing, presence, and wholeness. Transformation happens moment by moment, and your breath is your guide.
Heather Indu Arena is an experienced Yoga Therapist, trainer, and writer with over two decades of expertise in breath work, Yoga, Meditation/Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda, and Energy Work. She is the curator and a senior teacher of an IAYT-accredited 800-hour Yoga Therapy program, where she emphasizes the therapeutic power of breathwork as a core element of healing and transformation. Her extensive training in Integral Breath Therapy (IBT), combined with three years of immersive study and teaching at a traditional yoga ashram, informs the depth, precision, humor, and compassion she brings to her private practice and professional trainings.
