Yoga for Beginners with Lisa Segar

Whether you are new to yoga or just want to brush up on the basics, this two part series is for you. Together we will explore pranayama (breath), breakdown Surya Namaskar A & B (sun salutations), create a beginners asana (postures) sequence and reap the benefits of Savasana, or final relaxation. Through the use of props, modifications and a deeper connection to breath you will begin to develop the tools to step confidently into any yoga class.

Available in-person and virtually.
Class passes can be used or drop-in rates apply.
