If arm balancing postures feel inaccessible or even scare you, THIS arm balancing workshop is the one for you!
In this workshop, Brooke Margherone will show you a different perspective of each pose to gain insight for yourself and remove the element of fear or inaccessibility from the beginning. We will methodically develop strength, focal points, and free you from the fear of falling, so you can begin practicing arm balances or even strengthen your existing practice.
First, the balance is removed and the focus and muscle engagement needed for each pose is found in supine variations. From there, balance is found while seated. Then, if you choose to move on, we will take the balance on our hands. At each step offered, there is a place in the pose to stop and work at your appropriate progression. All levels welcome and encouraged to face your fears and take flight!
