Savasana Series with Lisa Kiser

Get ready for a most luxurious savasana experience. Each week in this four part series, we will move through a gentle, all level, warm flow designed to open the body, turn on the breath and focus the mind, culminating in an extended 20-minute restorative savasana.  

Through this class you’ll get the physical feeling of spaciousness like Yin, the movement like molasses of slow flow, with the deeply rested nourishment of restorative in a warm, cozy environment all leading you to the state of meditation and peace within. 

Through the use of props you will be introduced to a new restorative savasana pose each week.  Adding props to your savasana will allow you to stay in the experience longer, and move you deeper inward. 

This series will be designed to make ALL bodies and levels feel welcome with emphasis on opening and softening the body. You will be offered props and modifications to make the poses accessible to you. If you love Savasana, THIS is the class for you.

All props will be provided, but feel free to bring your favorite blanket, eye pillow, sweater, socks, etc.
