This program has been created for: students to deepen their practice and study of Yoga, students looking to develop their personal practice, or for any students who feel a call to become, or explore becoming a Yoga teacher. This training will take place in a safe, supportive, and inspired learning environment of like-minded individuals designed for self-discovery, personal growth, and a transformational experience.

Upon completion of both the 200 and 300-hour training, students will be well-rounded as a 500-hour Advanced Power/Vinyasa/Yin teacher, capable teaching all-levels and abilities safe and effective Yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation practices, in addition to in-depth studies of Yoga.

In addition to the scheduled training hours, students will have additional: required readings, written homework assignments, and classes to attend each week.
