Join Brooke Margherone to step into an upside down adventure as you learn to stabilize the core and recruit key muscle groups to support postures like headstand or Sirsasana. Forearm stand and handstand may be introduced. The wall, props, drills, and partner-based progressions, will support the experience of you going upside down and finding a different perspective in your practice. All-levels welcome!
