Yoga Alliance Accreditation
The Center for Integrative Yoga is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance. Graduates of this 300-hour training are eligible to register as a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour level (RYT 500), provided they have previously completed a Yoga Alliance-approved 200-hour training.

Training Structure & Schedule

Weekend-based, in-person training
Fridays: 5:00–8:00 PM
Saturdays: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM
Sundays: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Live Zoom Classes:
Thursdays – April 23, May 21, June 25, July 16, July 30, August 13, August 27, September 17, October 1
Mentorship Groups: Scheduled based on trainee & mentor availability
Additional Training Requirements:
30 non-contact practicum hours (thesis development/workshop)
50 non-contact hours (homework, reading, mentorship calls, video reviews, etc.)

Tuition & Payment Plans
Early Bird: $5,150 if paid in full by March 20, 2026
Regular Tuition: $5,300 after March 20
Deposit: $500 due after acceptance into the program (applied to tuition)
