Experience yoga from an entirely new perspective during this 2-hour SUP Yoga Retreat at beautiful Lion's Park Beach. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Southwest Michigan, you'll enjoy a unique combination of paddleboarding, mindful movement, and peaceful relaxation on the water.
The retreat begins with SUP Basics on land, where you'll learn the fundamentals of paddleboarding before taking a gentle paddle out to our anchored practice area. There, you'll enjoy an accessible Vinyasa flow that begins low to the board and offers options for every experience level.
The morning concludes with a floating Savasana and guided meditation, creating a truly memorable and restorative experience.
