Join Jaimie Wilke for a one-of-a-kind 2-hour SUP Yoga Retreat on the peaceful waters of the Paw Paw River. Whether you're brand new to paddleboarding or a seasoned yogi, this experience is designed to help you connect with nature, movement, and yourself in a fun and supportive environment.
Your retreat begins with SUP Basics on land, where you'll learn paddleboard safety, technique, and confidence-building tips before taking a short paddle to a quiet spot on the water. Once anchored for stability, you'll flow through an all-levels Vinyasa practice that starts low to the board with modifications and variations offered throughout.
We'll close with a deeply relaxing floating Savasana and guided meditation, allowing you to soak in the tranquility of the river before paddling back to shore.
