As we transition into the quieter season, this workshop invites you to deepen your relationship with rest, reflection, and intentional slowing down. Elizabeth weaves together gentle journaling, seasonal wisdom, and a blend of Restorative Yoga, Yin, and Yoga Nidra to support the body and mind through winter’s natural shift inward.
You’ll explore what rest can truly feel like — not just physically, but energetically and emotionally — and discover nourishing practices that help you restore, regulate, and soften into stillness. Together, we’ll create space to listen inward, release what feels heavy, and welcome the grounding, contemplative energy that winter offers.
Perfect for all levels. Come as you are, get cozy, and allow this practice to guide you into the season with clarity, ease, and a renewed sense of calm.
Elizabeth has over 20 years of experience as a student and teacher of yoga. She first found yoga while studying dance, and was hooked after experiencing the benefits, both physical and mental, that yoga has to offer. Her background as an athlete/dancer, choreographer, and artist influence her teaching, and she strongly feels that the most significant impact of her practice happens off the mat.
She completed a 200-Hour All-Level Power/Vinyasa Teacher Training with Brooke Margherone (E-RYT 500), a yin certification with Melissa Christensen (E-RYT 500), and currently holds an RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance. She is committed to making yoga accessible and sharing it with others. Elizabeth has been practicing at Yoga Life since its inception, and is continually inspired by this incredible community.
