5-Week Meditation for All with Brooke Margherone


Every Tuesday in January from 5:00-5:45pm. These 5-weeks will align with the themes offered in “Yoga Life’s Life Changing Challenge” and support all students participating in the challenge.

We will explore tips and techniques for meditation and mindfulness. At least 20 minutes in each class will be reserved for a meditation practice. Some guidance will be offered as well as silence periods. No experience is needed. Beginners are encouraged to attend and start their meditation journey within a supportive community. You do not need to participate in the challenge to attend these classes.
