Yoga Nidra is a meditative experience unlike any other. During Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep, you are guided into a hypnagogic state of consciousness where you are between waking and sleeping. Your body will be completely relaxed. We will explore an inner world of stillness by traveling through the Pancha Maya Koshas, or 5 layers of your being. Here, we live from our natural, peaceful state and heighten our sensitivities. This work to feel into your softness, into what speaks, and opening to Source energy is where we will be living. After Yoga Nidra, we will rise to a seat and begin our conscious journey inward from deep concentration into a state of meditation. This is beyond the thinking mind where Self can observe collective consciousness streaming.

This workshop is suitable for all abilities and anyone wanting to feel present, relaxed, and rejuvenated.

Please bring a journal and pen, plus a Yoga mat as we will practice Yoga Nidra lying down. Props for the support of your body will be provided. Prepare for stillness and practices that quiet the mind. Wear comfortable clothing, come hydrated, and try to avoid eating heavy foods prior.

All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend. No prior experience needed.
