World Laughter Day was created in 1998 by Dr. Madan Kataria, founder of the world wide Laughter Yoga movement. The celebration of World Laughter Day is a positive manifestation for world peace and in intended to build up a global consciousness of Community through laughter. To Yoke or to Unite is the goal of yoga and we can do this through laughter!
Laughter Yoga combines Laughter exercises and breath. The benefits from Laughter Yoga are physical, mental and emotional. No yoga experience required. All you need are comfortable clothes and a childlike playfulness. Cheryl Weise will lead you through this unique experience and have you laughing all the way. All are welcome!
