During this three week series, Lisa will introduce what Yoga is, the importance of alignment in yoga postures, basic breathing techniques, and a full breakdown of what to expect in a group yoga class. This will allow new students to develop their own yoga practice and leave this series competent to attend other classes with confidence. Each class will build upon the last while staying at a level that is accessible for everyone.
This series was created for brand new students and will encourage playfulness, questions, and self- inquiry. All are welcome!
