During these 4 weeks, Kelly will guide mothers through a calming, gentle practice that focuses on strength and openness, benefitting prenatal and postnatal students.
Using traditional yoga postures, props, and breathing techniques you will release tension, and connect deeply to yourself and baby, while balancing your body and mind during this transformational time. Kelly will emphasize the importance of modifying the postures so that you can safely continue your practice and attend other classes as well during this series.
This series is designed for all stages of pregnancy and after.
No yoga experience is necessary.
