Yoga is for all people, but Guys, this one’s just for you! Jon has designed this series specifically for men of all levels and ages.
This dudes only series will guide men through postures that increase flexibility and range of motion correlated with breathing practices. This will be paired with challenging postures to build strength in a vigorous flow, increasing endurance and cultivating focus, leaving students refreshed and ready for more!
