Offered weekly on Wednesdays at 6pm & Thursday at 9:30am.
Through Yoga Life’s Yoga for Healthy aging classes, you will learn how yoga can aid in supporting the body with strength, flexibility, agility, balance and fostering equanimity. The practice supports respiratory, circulatory, myofacial, mental and lymphatic system wellness. Multiple modifications will be offered to make poses accessible. We will focus a portion of the class each week on relieving chronic issues caused by lifestyle, stress and muscle imbalance. You will need to be able to stand unassisted and get up and down from the floor. Chairs will be available for modifications.
Offered every Sunday from 10:15-11:30am beginning October 14th.
Children benefit from yoga in so many ways, just like adults. Children will practice for self-health, relaxation, and inner fulfillment so that they too can manage their life challenges with a little more ease.
Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness in a non-competitive manner. Fostering compassion while enhancing their flexibility, strength and coordination.
Children will learn to manage stress through breath awareness, meditation and healthy movement, practicing concentration, all while increasing their confidence and positive self-image.
Bring your children ages 7-12 to their practice and you can head to All-level Power Vinyasa at the same time!

Chair Yoga is a gentle class uses both the yoga mat and a chair to practice postures and breathing exercises. Students can experience the many benefits of a physical yoga practice without having to get up and down from the floor. Benefits include increased balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction. Using the shape and intention of traditional poses, we will provide modifcations to allow students to participate in the pose without the need to stand for extended periods of time or get up and down from the floor. For some poses, modifications may be available to use the wall rather than a chair as appropriate. This class is suitable for students in a wheelchair also. All chairs and props are provided in-studio.
